P90X Round 2 Month 2 Recovery Week

Hey Guys, i have been really caught up with things lately and i havent had time to blog as much as i would have liked to.  The Coaching thing has been going Awesome, i can't believe how well i have been doing and its almost been a month since i have become a coach.  I became an Emerald Coach in just 10 Days and my buisness is slowly but surely getting there.  I have been doing P90X Full Out now, and today is actually Round 2 Phase 2 Recovery week, so im almost at Day 60 !!  I have been throwing in P90X+ workouts as well as an Insanity Pure Cardio that i did this last Saturday.  I dont have much time but i wanted to keep everyone in check with what i am doing now.  So i have been hitting each days workout VERY HARD, and i can def see all this hard work start to pay off. So ill talk to you guys soon and let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything

Day 6 of Fusion Schedule + New Nutrition Plan

I have recently decided that since i am really hitting this round X-TREMELY HARD.  Doing a maximum of only 10 reps per move im really upping the weight.  I want to focus on gaining lean muscle now because i have done so many programs where i lost alot of bodyfat.  i am down to about 9 or 10 % bodyfat and that is past what i set my goal for.  Gaining Muscle Mass Means Eating More.  I am now focused on eating more Complex Carbs in the Morning before my workouts and try and keep it to no carbs after i workout ( like for dinner).  The reason being is because your body needs alot of fuel, especially when you are doing a  schedule like mine.  This Morning i had 139g Carbs, 35g Protein, and 8g Fat.  This comes out to be 75.6%/19%/9.8  Carbs to Protein to Fats.   I am trying to keep my Carbs between 60-70% in the morning and 20-25% Protein.  i could get more protein in my diet but i cant use Protein powder because i breakout using it.  So im doing okay i guess since im just starting this diet.  Since Whey and Casein are created from Milk, i have decided to drink about 1-1.5 cups of Fat Free Milk before bed.  This will increase the amount of Muscle Contraction and also decrease the amount of Muscle Breakdown during sleep.  Today i have two Cardio workouts so i hope having all these carbs will really help fuel me correctly.  Yesterday i had a P90X Peak Performance Protein Bar before my Upper Body Plus workout, and let me tell you , my body was fueled Perfectly and i could bust it out on every exercise.    So this is the end of my blog i will have my workout around 1 or 1:30 p.m.  which is in about an hour.  Hopefully my body will be properly fueled and i can give it my all by taking on Fire Up Your Abs and Kenpo Cardio Plus.  LATER

Day 3 of Fusion Schedule: Shoulders & Arms w/ Ab Ripper X

Today i got my Bowflex Heart Rate Monitor and it was such a good buy.  It was kind of hard to set up but in the end i sort of got it to work.  Today was Shoulders and Arms with Ab Ripper X.   During Ab Ripper X my Abs Felt as sore as anything, therefore i just couldnt get the whole thing done.  I stopped after the pulse ups and i was done.  My abs have been really sore for the past couple of days because every day i have been doing something where abs are incorporated into the workout.  At the end of the workouts i was drained and loved it, Shoulders and Arms has to be my favorite workout because I LOVE MY ARMS, i cant get enough of them =)
          So today was awesome and i burnt 706 calories and i burnt 94 grams of Body Fat ( NICE ).  I cant wait until i do a double Cardio Day, i should burn A TON OF FAT AND CALORIES !!!

Day 2 of Fusion Schedule

Today was nothing less than INSANE.  I started my workout off with Rev Abs' Power Intervals which is pretty crazy, i hate those damn lunges with the weights ughh.  but anyway now that i look back on it i am glad that i pushed through the pain and discomfort.  After Power Intervals was P90X's Cardio X.  Now this was my first time Ever doing Cardio X and it was AWESOME.  It started off with Yoga which was a so called Warm Up, Nottttttt  haha.  It was nice to get back to some Yoga moves. there wasnt alot of Yoga maybe 15 minutes of it , but it was enough =) .   It also incorporated Plyo moves , Kenpo Moves, and some killer ab exercises.  Doing Abs-Core Plus Yesterday i definitely felt it today doing the ab moves.

It was a crazy day, all in all, and i burnt 850+ Calories in a little over an hour.  I purchased a reebok heart rate monitor yesterday and this one comes with a chest strap which i dont have with my current Sportsline one.  It also allows you to download your info onto your computer i think and track what your minimum and Max HR was and the % of Fat you burned out of your total calories.  I cant wait to get it, probably getting it tomorrow and i will blog on my thoughts of it.
 Tomorrow is Shoulders and Arms w/ Ab Ripper X.  I love this workout because i love working out my Biceps and Triceps and Shoulders, Its what everyone notices besides your abs.

P90X/P90X+/Rev Abs Fusion Day 2

today was Power Intervals and Kenpo+ from the P90X+ programs.  TODAY WAS INSANE PERIOD.
first time doing Kenpo+ and its very different From regular Kenpo.  Kenpo+ is much more fast paced and he does not demonstrate how to do the moves he just goes for it and i guess if you know the moves already its good but if its your first time like me its kinda awkward.  It was still a Kick Ass workout and i enjoyed it ALOT.  I burned 1050 Calories today and i didnt even eat that many before the workout.  I worked out around 1 and all i had was Oatmeal in the Morning and Golean Cereal before the workout.  I do want to try and incorporate more carbs into my diet because of the Doubles that i am  now doing. So i will let you guys know how that works out if i get more carbs in.  I also must eat a little more so i can refuel my body properly after a workout like this.  

Another Important Note:
-  On wednesdays i will Do X STRETCH not a Weight Lifting workout.
- the reason is because i DO NOT want to overtrain my body.  so by taking two days off per week will help me replenish and recover for the week.  Hopefully this helps alot and i will let u guys know how it goes.  Im sure it will not do any harm.  Most Likely i will do Mercy Abs then X Stretch, Gotta get the Abs in.

Just put up my Pull Up Bar, i never really did pull ups, even while doing P90X because i used Bands.  So im basically starting from Day 1 with Pull Ups but i am positive i will get better and better.

Rev Abs Day 15 Update New Fusion Schedule

ok so today was the most craziest of days.  I received the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbells yesterday 5/52.5 ones and they are like a gift from heaven.  Todays workout was Fire Up Your Abs and that was the workout i did.  But what i also did that made it so crazy was that i followed up Fire Up Your Abs with P90X's Shoulders and Arms workout ( 58 mins ).  A total of about 1:40 of Pure Insanity.  i never knew i could accomplish this but i set my mind to one thing and that was to FINISH AND BRING IT.  I have now, after thinking about it for 2 days, decided to do a Rev Abs/P90X/P90X+ Fusion workout regime.
Here is How it will go for Phase One of Rev Abs.

1) Days that call for " Fire Up Your Abs " I will follow up with a weight lifting DVD from P90X or P90X+
2) Days that call for " Power Intervals " I will follow up with a Cardio Workout from P90X or P90X+ ( Plyo, Kenpo+,Cardio X,Max Intervals)
3) Days that call for " Total Strength Plus Mercy Abs" I will Substitute Total Strength with a Weight Lifting DVD from P90X or P90X+

I really Love those Bowflex Dumbells and they are going to change everything.  I now will stick to a weight range which will allow me to just bust out that 9th rep.  Im looking for some size as well as burning off that stomach fat with a Rev Abs Workout.  When i Get Used to this new Regime i will try and include some Mercy Abs into the Mix.
The Reason for doing this is because i feel like i WANT MORE OUT OF MY WORKOUT.  Rev Abs is challenging  by itself but i want something a little More.
